Two phone calls, one with a call center who asked basic questions and the other with the manager of the branch I applied for. The call center one did not seem very attentive or in depth, I offered a lot of in detail answers and they all were met with the same response. Multiple questions were asked twice. The interview with the manager was nice and felt more like a formal interview
