I applied through the Vail Resorts web site. I then participated in a couple phone interviews. The recruiter and hiring manager were professional and knowledgeable. Overall the process was well thought out and communicated well; I enjoyed the interview process.
Multiple panel rounds where you're meeting new people and answering similar quesitons. Can take a while to get through the process in terms of weeks/months. You usually end with a VP interview for that department if you’ve made it that far.

Phone, then in person with 3 separate people, 2 of them twice. Oddly informal, but not uncomfortable. Conversational, but not based much on experiences. Wasn't sure what they were looking for.

It took over 4 months to go through the process. Long gaps between communication but on site interview very professional. After waiting over 2 weeks Management rethought the position and did not make an offer to anyone
