After a short phone screen one day prior, I was warmly greeted at the door by one of their Sr. Recruiters. I had a 20 minute interview with the recruiter, and then I met with the account managers of the firm for about another 20 minutes. The interview was very productive no wishy-washy vernacular, but also candid, and considerably an open conversation to which I enjoyed. I had one follow up meeting with another decision maker the next day (who was unavailable the day I came into the office), and I was hired the following day. All in a quick hiring process!
