Interviewers were easy going and straightforward. Everyone was nice and thorough with interview process. I had to go through three rounds of interviews. They sent me their benefits package and then got ghosted. No reply whether or not I got the job. Very weird experience. They made it seem like I was a top contender and I was about to get hired and then never got back to me.

My background and experience and where I see myself in the company in the future.
It was an in person interview. Met with the Operations manager and the operations specialist. Took about 30 minutes. Asked a bunch of questions about how I would handle situations and why I would be fit for the job

Entrevista
I applied via indeed and the recruiter called me to come in for an interview. The interview lasted for an hour which involved meeting with six different people. Seemed very casual. They told me they would have a decision by the following week. Well I never heard back so I reached out and the recruiter reasurred me that he would let me know the descion by the following day. Again, I never heard back so I reached out yet again, but this time no response. At least have the decency to respond.
