Three step interview. HR Director was the first interview via a script that they use, Tests Math and language which were fairly easy. Basic math commission calculation and an questions via essay. You have to make sure you answer these with correct punctuation because their CEO still reads them. HR Manager which gave more information about the job and just rehashed everything that the original manager went over.

Standard Interview Questions. The interview was very open they all seem to have a script that they go by and are very upfront about what the job entails. I asked a lot of questions myself which made each interview go over their time limits.

Entrevista
First met for an in person interview. All questions were off a script and consisted of basic questions. Then a 6 question math section and a 6 question written answer section. Very easy and for the math all you need to know how to to calculate percentages and find the percent of a dollar value. 2nd interview was with a member of HR to ask personality type questions to see if you fit the overall company culture. Make sure to seem energetic and like you want to have fun! Team players are smiled upon.
Responsive within a week at most after application submission. Phone interview is scheduled with HR to get background and see if you are a qualified fit for position. Upon passing phone screening, you're then scheduled for an in- person interview and assessment to test competence. You must pass the written assessment.

3. Mathematics and problem solving
Will discuss pay, work schedule, benefits with working with the company. Flexible schedules after 6 months. No cold calling, customers call the company. Will be in training for 5 months.
