Online interview with internal recruiter where the questions were general questions about my motivation to apply. He asked me about SOLID principles but himself had no idea about it (as they were not a technical person) 2nd was an online CCAT test which had nothing to do with the actual job 3rd interview with a VP which was focused a lot more on software programming in C++ and Python. Was a bit fast paced but fairly standard questions. 4th and final stage was an onsite interview with two engineers which was lots of questions about past experiences and a coding exercise to review and fix some code. Few days later I got a call followed by an email saying they would like to confirm my offer terms and contract will be with me soon and was awaiting approval from the director. A few more days of them delaying the contract I was informed they will not be making an offer which was very frustrating. I emailed directly asking for clarity but did not receive a reply.
