The process started by an Codality test then I had an Interview with Teppo Kurki Vaadin expert, I was asked to code some simple algorithm. despite of my minor misunderstandings he let me to pass to another stage. at the next step I was talked to Henri Muurimaa, SVP of Engineering at Vaadin again i was asked to code a simple algorithm by java 8 and 7 and some java core questions. immediately got an email and arranged online meeting with their team. they were couple of nice guys who described me how is the living in Finland and working in Vaadin.
They where so nice to me and the meeting was the only part of the process that i enjoyed. It was great to know such a friendly people.
then I had another interview with Kim Leppänen VP of Services at Vaadin. just some background checks and friendly talking.
in the final stage I had an interview with Joonas Lehtinen CEO at Vaadin. he lives in different time zone so I have to had an interview in 8 morning :).
He also asked me to code a simple algorithm. but i failed to do so :) and he told me that he is not going to offer me the job. The algorithm was so easy just reversing a words in a sentences represented as an array of characters.
He was right I myself never hand a job to a developer like this. I was failed because I just got up from bed and couldn't concentrate.
It was a good experience anyway.
Advice to Vaadin:
First Please refactor your hiring process.
It takes too much with repetitive questions in every interview. you can imagine 4 people about a 2 hour each separately talked to me and asked me the same questions again and again and asking me to code an algorithm all with the same level of difficulty.
beside 2 hour interview with the development team which i liked :) the rest could be done in a single interview.
and finally
After a almost 2 month with 6 round of interview I expected at least an official letter of rejection.

Applied online, contacted after few weeks. They sent me a link to codility where I was required to answer three algorithm questions in 110 mins. I passed the codility test with 100%, according to the recruiter.
Three skype interviews were the scheduled, but I couldn't pass the first one, so the process ended there. According to the interviewer, I lack enough Java experience. In the skype interview, I had to share my screen and answer two questions, A standard sorting algorithm and sum of n Fibonacci numbers.
It was really nice experience because the interviewer was nice to me.
