the initial round is aptitude test which is stream specific. questions are from core for electronics and it students. the next round is the technical and discussion round ,the tird round is the hr round. a student need to qualify all rounds to be eligible.

I applied through Campus Reruitment process and was really disappointed. There were too many unnecessary rounds. 1st was aptitude test which contained quantitative , logical verbal,C and electronics, and OS fundamentals...it was very difficult and i could not clear it. Now I am talking in the view of my friends who attended it. They leared the aptitude round and was called for interview. The recruiters at first said three rounds of interview. and they couldn't even conduct first round in a good manner. then to second round and to third round...everything was kind of technical like they were asking too many questions. so after the third technical round 1 person from our college cleared and they informed they will conduct HR. like what? 3 rounds of technical wasnt enough to know how good he is?? and they had conducted telephone interview for HR and said to him we will call you if we find any thing suitable for him. HUH?? then why did they push through that??? absolutely degrading the company. and i heard rumors that you can enter there only if your family or friends are working..they dont even mind to conduct a proper recruitment if u have some kind of hold there
