Was asked a few situational questions, as well as genral questions about previous work. When was strugglng wth an answer the interviewer told me what they would have done in the situation and how my approach could have been improved. It was pretty relaxed and supportive.

Their onboarding process is long and arduous, God help you if you're married, they send you off to get tonnes of paperwork filled out and stamped,
I'm astonished they can't help you with the criminal background check
