TA reached out to me (I didn't apply for the role ) and the total process took 6.5 weeks and included 9 separate conversations. TA was absolutely communicative and every person was lovely but a lot of time and effort was invested over the course of a long period of time. Feedback: too many conversations where I wasn't sure what they were trying to solve for. It was challenging to bring the right information to 9 separate interviews for a mid-level role. I had to go over who I was and my experience many times. I also didn't get any feedback and was told everyone loved me so not getting an offer after that long and no constructive feedback left me confused. This is not a review on the individuals that I spoke to as everyone was absolutely lovely, and more on how arduous the process was.
