I recently interviewed for the associate client advisor role. Going into this interview. I was excited to learn more about VTS. My interviewer quickly took that excitement from me as they were not only late, but unapologetic. They opened up the interview with full transparency about the role potential being filled, but we agreed to move forward as there may potentially be a future vacancy. The interviewer did not seem present for the interview and they also seemed uninterested in what I had to say. They looked everywhere, but my screen and would cut me off mid answer to ask more questions. Overall I was set on not continuing any future interview process based on this interaction. I hope VTS can develop a better interview process so it doesn’t appear employees are not interested in working there.
