Completed a phone screen and was scheduled for a 10 am interview with the HR Manager, after arriving early (as should be expected) I waited until 10:45 with only the administrative assistant coming out once to say they were running behind (at 10:23). I elected to send a thank you email and let them know I could no longer wait for a grossly late appointment. I run interviews everyday in my current role, so while I understand, schedules run late. Being 45 minutes late to meet with a candidate without even acknowledging this fact, is disrespectful and a bad reflection on the company as a whole.
