My initial interview was set up by the ITT-Technical Institute job placement staff. The interviewer provided a relaxed atmosphere, and was very welcoming in his demeanor. He provided a good description of the job requirements, and benefits, and included a tour of the operations floor. The questions he asked were straight forward and easy to answer, allowing for an easy response, without the need to deep think the answer. I left feeling very positive about my prospects for getting the job.
