I applied on find an apprenticeship. They used a recruiter. they wanted us to complete the BKSB assesement first and when all had completed it, invited us for a face to face interview day. They said about the company, then wanted a invididual task which was about the future, past and current and skills. then there was a group exercise to see how we worked in teams. In order to get feedback from the interviews, it may be hard but if you email the company directly, then they are likely to give feeback.
