I had four interview steps: 1st with the recruiter that approached me to see if I had a genuine interest in the position, 2nd with two team managers to see if I would fit at Voi with all that fluff-questions that doesn’t have a correct answer, 3rd was a technical interview with 2 developers with a couple of years of experience at Voi and 4th was a very informal coffee-meeting with the team that I’ll work in.
The entire process took more than 4 weeks which was a big surprise for me, the other processes I’ve been in have stressed to get it done and to get to a final decision, while Voi took their sweet time. At first I felt it was too much time, but in hindsight I really appreciate it since I had much more time to discuss with my family and with myself if I really wanted to continue this process then the other processes.
This is probably something they should communicate to their recruitments in the future.
