HR reached out to me on Monday of 1st week, and he scheduled the panel interview with the hiring manager and another manager directly at end of our call. It's on the Wed. of the 2nd week.
After the panel interview, I was told their target decision date was the end of the 4th week as they just started interviewing candidates. And the final call from HR was on Mon. of the 4th week.
The whole process was so smooth and very simple and fast.

few months long, a couple of or few interviews with different team members, very tough technical tests, but cozy and supportive atmosphere. Long pause between the different steps of the hiring process.

It was very smooth and good there were total 3 rounds. And the best thing they really don’t care what you have been earning in past it can be 200 percent of hike

Entrevista
Screener with recruiter in first week followed by a panel interview second week. It took a month just to initially receive screener by phone call. This should have been my first red flag. Interview panel was standard, but overall lacked substance of what they actually wanted and needed for the role as there were almost zero technical questions asked in 1 hour interview. Their only concern seemed to be culture fit which was odd. They then failed to close the interview loop and it's been over 90 days. Very unprofessional to simply ghost candidates without any feedback or follow up.
