Received email from HR expressing interest in my profile and had 25 mins call with HR about the interview process and technical assessments. Initial Screening( 1st Round) : Hacker rank online assessment. 2nd Round: 1hr Technical interview. Round 3,4,5,6 : Virtual 4 hours interview Overall interview process took 3~4 weeks. Update: HR never replied with the feedback even after continuous follow ups. In fact, I just received a template response of "Unfortunately , team is moving forward with another candidate". This shows lack of morale, values and vision for candidates. Will definitely not recommend in applying as there seems to be no proper communication.
