Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a recruiter due to the following series of events: - Contacted me for availability for the following week, but did not reply to my availability until afterthe window she asked for passed - Asked for availability again and this time auto-scheduled through her Calendly schedule, but then was contacted the day before to reschedule for several hours later than the original time. I confirmed, but she never replied. - The next day, I still took time off my work day to accommodate her updated invite but she never called. I contacted her via email during the call window to check if we were still on for the call, and again the following day asking if she wanted to reschedule and got no response either time. The process of back and forth took about 4 weeks. Overall, super disappointed in this experience. I have experience designing for security tools, and I’m familiar with Carbon Black products so it could have been a great fit. Would not recommend interviewing with them due to their poor time management and lack of planning.
