Interview process is too much time consuming . I got the Call from TA team on Dec Last Week and it took almost 3 Weeks to get in to the first level , another 2 weeks for second level. The third level scheduled after a month and then cancelled stating we will reschedule but no feed back , no response to the email sent to the recruiter ,as such there is no feedback mechanism exists in Vmware recruitment process. Over all a very disappointing experience with the Interview process

After clearing the first round I was informed there will be 4 more rounds. To my surprise all 4 rounds were conducted on the same day till 9 PM IST. And then followed my long wait and unsuccessful attempts to reach the recruiting team about getting feedback on the interview. I am still waiting for detailed feedback on how was the interview. I am happy to get rejected with proper feedback but hanging on without any communication is severe unprofessionalism.

The process was quite long and at times there were delays in the timing of the meetings. There were seven meetings overall but they were positive and did aid in understanding the business

Entrevista
Great experience. Did not wind up receiving an offer, but was in the last cut. I had two interviews, after the HR verification call. The first was with hiring manager and two other managers. The second was with what would have been my peers. I would definitely interview again. Everyone was very nice, great communication, and was clear on what the role was and wasn't. They also answered all my questions.
