It started with a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, then a Zoom call with the Social Media Manager, then another Zoom call with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. I then had one last Zoom interview with the Global Employment Brand Manager.
By the end, they told me it had come down to me and one other person and although I was qualified and had a great experience, they told me I did not get the position due to the other person having a few extra skills that although were not listed on the job description, was the only difference between us.
They told me they appreciated my time and that if I ever saw any other position I was interested in on their website to email them and they would make sure to forward the positive notes from my interviews to the hiring manager.
