The following phases: 1) Phone initial interview; 2) Skype video interview with US manager; 3) Technical task to learn the functionality and present back to manager; 4) Face-to-face interview in the office with: another manager and two peers; 5) Skype video interview with another US manager. Amazing office and feels like there's a good opportunity to grow. Felt very confident as the requirements were 100% matching my profile. Probably did not stick with the last manager or they felt I was too old for the job. They were nice replying I could do the job but others are more closely matching. Good luck!
