I applied through LinkedIn on VMware website. Got call from HR directly after 15days. Scheduled interview on working day. Interview took around 4 hours. Round1: Coding on Tool. Round2: Technical+ Code walkthrough+ Other ways of doing things (lean six sigma) Round3: Managerial Round Round4: HR Round. I had a very good time at interview. Process was very smooth. HR were very helpful. Overall 10/10 on experience. Quick offer as I was selected.
