I started with a recruiter phone interview. I then had a whole day interview process with four different people. Three of them were supposed to be in person and one on the phone. However, the person on the phone was in the office so I interviewed with him in a group panel. The company gave me the wrong address where the interview takes place. I was offered a position that was switched from an hourly position to a salary position so they can avoid offering me overtime. Furthermore their initial offer was less than my expected salary range. Overall I felt they were dysfunctional and I couldn't get past that so I declined the offer or even to negotiate the offer. Giving the wrong address for an interview is a bad first impression.
