Recruiter contacted me after online application. Had initial technical phone screening. Did well and progressed to another phone screening by hiring manager. This also went well and recruiter told me that hiring manager was really impressed with my profile. Then I was ghosted for weeks about the next steps and I emailed recruiter asking for a update. They kept postponing the process. Eventually, I got tired and stopped asking for updates after a month. This recruiting process is shockingly bad - making candidates go through multiple phone screens and not even informing them of the decision.
