There are several phases: 1. Initial Phone Interview 2. Technical Phone Interview 3. In person interview with two managers 4. In person interview with two Technical Support Engineers After this they will either make you an offer or say no thanks. The in person interviews are more about your personality than your skills. If you have made it this far then already know you have the technical ability or that you can be trained. Don't worry about studying anything at this point - be well rested and friendly. Wear a suit.
