The interview process was relatively quick but a bit casual/unprofessional. A recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview with the team. He was not very communicative other than sending calendar invites to notify me of an interview. I had 3/4 interviews, and the recruiter told me he would let me know by EOW the team's final decision. I followed up with him 3 different times over the course of 3 weeks for an update. Still have not gotten a response. The answer is obviously that they moved forward with another candidate, but I find it extremely unprofessional to go silent on a candidate after weeks of interviewing. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
