The initial conversation was described as a ‘chat’, but involved standard interview questions (motivation, role responsibilities, and fit), and decisions were made at this stage. It would be helpful for candidates if this were communicated more clearly upfront so expectations are aligned. I thought it was misleading.

I attended an interview and was informed that I was one of the shortlisted candidates—12 selected from approximately 340 applicants. The interview lasted about five minutes and consisted of only two questions. A week later, I was notified that my application was unsuccessful. Given my 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, I found the process disappointing, as I did not feel I was given a fair opportunity to fully demonstrate my skills and experience.
