Relaxed, the recruiter who first reached out to me was very warm and welcoming. We discussed my skills and how they meshed with what they were looking for. Behavioral questions mostly. Follow up interview with Manager and VP was also informal, but much more technically focused. Discussed career goals/aspirations as well as the kind of tech I was familiar with.
