The interview process was never ending. You had to audition live for a vipkid employee. If you failed, you had to do it again. While they did provide materials to help you prepare and there are a ton of you tube videos to help you, this is quite a time and even financial investment if you are spending money on props, which you pretty much have to do if you want to pass. Feedback is unclear and overwhelming.
