Entrevista
When you apply to VIPKID, you can choose an "in-person" Skype interview or the express interview option. I chose the express interview, which requires you to record an introduction listing your qualifications and a demo of you teaching a class. You also have to take a quiz summarizing the teaching philosophy of VIPKID. When this round is passed, you are scheduled for a mock class session with a mentor teacher. You teach two classes of different content levels and receive coaching from the teacher. It was less interview and more helpful feedback. I was hired after the first mock class, although some interviewees are required to complete a second mock class as well.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
