The hiring process consists of an interview and a short demonstration of your teaching skills, then you have a mock class with a mentor. If you hit it out of the park on your first mock class you're hired, if not you get a second chance with a Mock 2 class. Only the best teachers are hired for VIPKID.
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
