I was sent numerous emails encouraging me to apply since I have a Master's degree and over 15 years experience teaching children one on one. I reviewed the suggestions for interview preparation and found them to be very vague. I followed the instructions and had a fifteen minute interview and class demonstration with a women from China on their online platform. After the demo class where the women pretended to be a five year old child, she gave me feedback suggesting that I use the reward system which I did and to use TPR which I also did. She said overall, I did a great job and that I would get a response within 24 hours. The next day I received an email stating that unfortunately, they were no longer considering my application and that I could re-apply in three months. No reason was given for their decision.

Initial application with resume, 30 min video call with interviewer directly in China within a few days of sending application, followed by offer of employment via online portal. Upon acceptance, immediate opening of class schedule online.
