Received an invitation to interview at @vida_digitalid through the recruiters @Belongco. Accepting it turned out to be a huge mistake. Long story short, after multiple rounds of interviews, spanning over a few weeks, had a chat with the CEO @nikiluhur and I was offered a job. In the next couple of days, they go back on this offer and asked me for one more round of interview. Went totally silent, on my followups. During the process, they had called my current manager, jeopardizing my current position. And they have gone silent on all my further followups. Honestly, think that they could handle the whole process way lot better and for the effort, I invested in them, I deserve better communication for the least. Just wanted to call out to the community in case anyone is exploring a position with them.
