It felt like a room full of people interviewing very intimating. Felt questions were more aimed at how you would cope in situations.
Seemed to be points based on answers
A 35 minute interview thst was quite intensive, firing questions at you. Didn't find the two interviewing, someone from HR and a Team Leader overly welcoming or making me feel at ease. Was informed that there would be a 3/4 week delay in notifying me of the result as interviewing over 2/3 weeks. Went home to read very uninspiring reviews of the company, lack of support, hard to book holidays and a stressful environment.
I was offered to come in to do an interview fairly soon after I had applied for the job. There was 2 females interviewing me, the question’s asked were obviously in relation to customer service and what would I do with a difficult/irate customer and so on.

Entrevista
Phone call first of all, recorded interview to send back to them and face to face interview with two interviewers. Overall it was a smooth process and well ran. I was impressed with how efficient they were at coming back and making an offer.
