Started with drinking coffee with VP, then phone call from the company's recruiter, then first stage interview in google team meeting, then 2nd stage interview face to face. This was the overall process.

Entrevista
Short chat with HR initially. Technical and behavioural interview in their office. Negative because I had to call HR to get feedback as they didn't contact me within the time frame they said they would. Also negative because after contacting them, they said they weren't going to extend an offer because they found the candidate they wanted, but they liked me and wanted to line me up with the next open role coming soon. I was cautiously optimistic, but it turned out I was being strung along as the next role was filled without me even being contacted. Important role of HR is giving honest feedback, trying to save someone's feelings forfeits transparency and means applicants don't get feedback and they may end up feeling resentment towards the hiring process.

Asked lots of soft skill questions. Was asked to bring a personal project to the interview and when I did I was asked to change some functionality.

3 stages. Screening, technical and behavioural. Good thing you don’t have to do programming during the interview technical round but you do need knowledge of everything. Behavioural round tests you with the scenarios
