Two interviews so far. The first interview was non-technical in nature and was one hour long. It mostly dealt with questions about the VELUX company itself, candidate CV and reasons for applying and so on. The second interview is yet to take place. Advice to candidates: Be candid and honest and go through the company website thoroughly. Be prepared to explain why you like to job that you are applying for in the 1st interview.
