Applied for a cloud architect role. It's a terrible experience. I’m not able to articulate well and was not selected. I want to express my experience. The interviewer didn’t give time to settle. He didn’t introduce himself or provide any information about how the direction of the interview would be. The first word I heard from the interviewer was “Tell me about yourself”. Instead of evaluating my diverse skills, he stopped me on one particular thing and decided my fit. Multiple people joined in the panel, and no one asked,  “Do you have any questions?”. I didn’t get the JD even after many follow-ups. Even if I’m not fit for the role, I should be treated with some dignity. The interviewer has to control Ego, otherwise these roles can't be filled with the right person.
