VBP Recruitment truly is a life-changer. From the start, they provided immediate feedback and were incredibly friendly. I had lost my confidence and sense of self-worth due to my previous employer, who was not people-oriented. After that experience, VBP was the only company I applied to, even though I wasn't fluent in English. The HR team and the manager were so accommodating—they gave me valuable feedback that helped me prepare for the next steps in the interview process.
During my final interview with the manager, I was extremely nervous and didn’t expect to pass. But instead of hearing the usual "We’ll call you back" line, which is so common with recruiters in Cebu, I was greeted with a warm smile and the words, "Welcome to VBP, and hope to work with you soon." It was such a comforting and uplifting moment. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity and support VBP has given me!

After sending a job application through their company website, I received an email indicating a scheduled initial interview which was conducted online. Knowing the company is a great help on this step of the application process and a fluent speech delivery is crucial to move on to the next step.

Love the interview process. Professional, straightforward, and they really set the right expectations. Everyone is friendly as well which helps the nerves. Interview space is clean, private, and quiet. Interviewer sounded neutral yet kind.

It’s lengthy but it’s part of their screening of applicants. They can adjust on your circumstance specifically your technical capability. If you’re just using mobile phone during the application process, they’ll adjust to it and won’t force you to look for a desktop. All interview is done via zoom.
