      Entrevista

Well ... The whole process felt a bit sketchy. I sent my CV to them through Indeed. They got back to me with an extensive task that I was to complete within a few days. They assigned me with one of their clients (that felt exploitative) and I was to create that particular client's media plan for a whole month. I am desperate for work, so even though this felt off, I proceeded with the task at hand. Of course, they're pretty clear about the whole thing: They can use your work even if you don't get hired. To make a long story short, they got back to me right away, requesting a Google meet for the following day. The meeting was supposed to last 15 minutes (I know this cause we get access to a Google meet's info) and yet it lasted 45. The interviewer led me on to believe I was definitely going to get called back. I wasn't. That's okay, perhaps they found someone more compatible for the job, or someone a bit more typical looking -the whole "inclusivity" angle feels a bit neo liberally fabricated too with them, but honestly, I hope I 'm wrong about that. Anyway, what really upset me is that they let me know I wasn't selected for a vis a vis interview via Indeed. Like, I 've basically worked for you for free, we 've communicated at least 3 times until now, you are a company of less than 20 people and you still can't manage the time to reject me through your own email address? I m job seeking, indeed, linkedin, remotehub and every other job seeking platform out there, send me 8 emails per day each. It just wasn't classy.
