Having done a lot of interviews recently I found this tough but very fair and the team were really lovely throughout. After two screens I had to prepare a two part brief to present back to three team members, all focused around strategies in CS with a particular view on expansion and churn reduction. I had three interviews, less than 2.5 hours of total calls, which I felt was much more respectful than so many others demanding 10+ hours of your time.
