Most of the interview process was good. Overall simple, didn't take more than a few weeks total, easy to talk with each person, and they communicated clearly what the next step would be at each phase. No one discussed benefits at any step in the process until I reached out for clarification after the offer was sent. Came to find out there were no benefits aside from being fully remote and unlimited time off.
