There are 4 stages 1st stage : Seagull CES 6.0 test ( Navigation+ Radio communication+ Ship handling+ Cargo Operation) for passing: Navigation: 70% and Total 60% 50 questions in 75 mins .. maximum 2 attempts 2nd stage : Predictive Index ( Behavioral Assessment + Cognitive Assessment) maximum 1 attempt 3rd stage : Seagull 1852.64 Navigational test for seafarers / Maximum 3 attempts 4th stage : Interview through Skype ( Navigation+ Cargo handling by Technical supdt)..Video and audio recorded

The interview is technical in nature. Questions mainly pertain to Ship or tanker operations. They do make you undergo training and some tests. You have to score certain minimum score. They want to know your experiences. Pls do carry all your documents along for the interview. Ensure that you know enough about the company when interviewing with them.
