First visit is a basic test that consists of math and comprehension. Second visit is 1st interview, basic questions, a lot of "Specify a time when X happened and explain what you did." X being safety and challenge related. Third visit is 2nd interview with higher-ups sitting in, going over your answers. After that is background check which takes a few weeks, then you begin training.

I applied online, one day later the local HR office called me to set up an interview. I had to take an IQ test beforehand on the same day as the interview.The test was an SAT like booklet with about 150 questions, math, grammar,logic, verifying information. it was timed 15 min for each section. I was not given my score afterwards. The interview was casual. He gave me on overview of the position, work day, hours, policies. I answered his questions, and he said he would like to hire me now.
