I feel like the questions they asked were focused on getting to know me as a person. They asked me a lot of questions about myself and past experiences I'd had. They asked me to relate an experience when I was in a position of leadership and how I solved issues when they came up. My favorite question was, "What is something you hate?" It was a very unexpected question, but it gave me an opportunity to be 100% honest about something which they appreciated.
