      Entrevista

      I applied for this position in May 2025 and was contacted by a Recruiter who invited me to an interview. The interview was positive, and they expressed appreciation for my extensive experience, indicating interest in advancing me to the next stage—a further discussion to explore my background in more depth. Following our conversation, I sent a thank-you email outlining why I believed I was a strong fit for the role. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. About a week later, the recruiter sent me a list of available time slots for a second interview, which I promptly selected; however, I never received the formal invitation or confirmation for the meeting. I followed up with them to request the invitation again, and after approximately 7 days, he provided new options. We agreed to meet the coming Tuesday at 5 p.m., but the meeting did not take place as scheduled, and the recruiter did not appear. 10 days later, I received a brief email stating that he had not sent the invite earlier because he was considering other candidates and did not want to waste my time... I found this situation to be highly unprofessional, especially considering the effort I invested in the process. I believe they could have handled this situation with more transparency and respect. While I understand that talent acquisition professionals are often busy—myself having over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition—I believe maintaining respect throughout the process is crucial for fostering a positive reputation and organizational culture. I was genuinely interested in the role and the company, believing I could have been an excellent fit for the Talent Partner position. However, for reasons unknown to me, I was excluded from the process without any clear explanation. Additionally, I was informed that other candidates had begun the process earlier, but I was among the first to be contacted, which suggests some inconsistencies in the process.
