After applying online, I was contacted via email to set up an initial call with an HR/Hirimg Manager to further discuss the position and to establish if I was still interested etc. I was then given a sample report to complete as part of the process - basically watching and analyzing a couple user testing recordings and using their template to compile a findings report. I was told to spend no more than 4 hours on this, and they were awesome enough to compensate me for the time spent ($25/hr). Then I had a phone/screen sharing meeting with 2 other employees (I believe one was the UX Researcher's Manager...) in which I presented my findings report to them as if they were the client who requested the testing. They asked a bunch of questions that a clients might typically ask (why this? why that? where's this?). Then we discussed the role further and why I thought I would be a good fit and what not.

I’ve interviewed twice over the past year for this position and after making it to the “final” interviews, I was ghosted both times. No rejection email, no nothing. Waste of time and energy! There won’t be a third chance from me.

It was overall a positive process. Managers were friendly and informative. Amazed at how quickly the entire process went. I also appreciated that everything was dine through Google hangouts. I wasn't required to go in person, I would be relocating so this was awesome. The people are a great indicator of the company, and I got a good vibe from everyone I spoke with.

The first round was just get to know you. Then they asked you to use the service and write up a test report. You also speak to current workers in your position which I found helpful. And then lastly, you interviewed aga in to give your thoughts on the process and your report.
I saw an ad for the position on LinkedIn and sent in my resume with a cover letter about me and why I was interested in the position. Had a phone screen with the hiring manager. It went well I thought and he said he would followup the next week and never did, so...
