One manager interviewed me on site after one brief phone interview. The onsite interview was casual and fairly straightforward. I was told at the end of the meeting that the next level of interview would be with the CEO. The CEO comes to the site on a regular basis and the interview was set within the next week or two of initial visit. The interview with the CEO lasted about an hour and was typical with the exchange of questions focused on background and situational responses.
