Pre screen with HR, phone interview with hiring manager (VP), then on-site interview with team. Starts with interviewee presenting interview team with 10 minute presentation on interviewee qualifications and personal details (as much as you want to share), then round robin interview with multiple team members. Lunch with several team members, final interviews and post interview review with HR.
