The interview process was very long. I met with over three people in one day. I did not initially feel welcome. It was more of what can you do for me. Usually in an interview their is a strong interest in the value you can bring, at one point one of the interviewers was literally writing everything down I was saying, I felt they were trying to gain information rather than interviewing me potentially for a position.
