For an entry level position there were to be four rounds of interviews. Ranging from speaking with the team and HR, and providing completed briefs within 48hours. The questions asked were relatively standard, however for an entry level position felt very targeted, that a lot of designers starting out may not have experience/ answers to. They were very upfront about the salary for this position (50k) in the first interview, which was a nice change to usual secrecy until the last round of interviews.
